Throughout her career, she has held several key roles, including Clinical Research Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, and Site Operations Manager, developing deep expertise in study execution, regulatory compliance, and site operations.

Felecia is passionate about clinical research and the meaningful impact it has on advancing new therapies that improve patients’ lives.
